They could be more compassionate when people are struggling, temporarily, financially. When I asked if I could make payments to pay off my account I was told she's been burned so no and "you want heat but you don't want to pay for it!" then she asked how I would like to pay today. When I said it wasn't an option to pay today I was told "that is not my f*ING problem." Hope others never have to hold off on a bill with this company. They clearly don't have any kindness or interest in giving time for those in need.

Love these guys! Great customer service, a willingness to try to help you no matter what that may be. I've had to have emergency fills, scheduled fills, and even fills when I'm not home. Every time they have come through for me. Teton Valley is a fairly small community, it is nice to have a propane company that understands what that means. I have never had them tell me they could not deliver to me because I was short on $$$, empty tank, not their tank (customer owned), or any other reason.
