Rich is a great individual, with a tremendous knowledge of the pool equipment, chemicals, needed, and solutions to issues a pool may exhibit. He has help us, first time pool owners, save time, effort, and repairs on our pool. We appreciate his support and expertise. We pray for his continue success at Holiday Pools on Laurel Rd. in Venice.
This ship is outstanding. Owner Rich is the most experienced I’ve ever met. Having gone through several pool services. We decided it was time to take it back ourselves. With hesitation decided to take a water sample to a pool store. After testing and $400.00 of chemicals was confused 🤔. Ok, change course. Visit with Rich anther sample he suggested to return all the spend immediately. Gave us a simple step by step approach (no spend) and said revisit every 2 days until it recovered to optimum.
