I don’t know why everything changed with this company. We called left messages and even spoke to them about redoing our pool, fixing our heater and then, closing the pool. They dropped the ball every time. Never returned phone calls for anything even when we canceled our pool closing ( someone else came faster and cheaper). They just showed up today. When I called to ask why the person said “we have phone problems” told us “Good luck to you” They never even came to look at the pool redo job. I just don’t get it. I guess we d... read more
Don't trust this people! especially Never deal with sales man Russell, He will tell you deposit is refundable but it's not and life is full with surprises and if anything happens yku never get deposit back. Even worth they can charge you 20% of enfie price if you cancel Contract.

The staff is helpful I have been going here for years
I walk into the store yesterday. I was greeted with such professionalism. The staff assisted me in regards to my pool light. From the staff to the returning customers coming into the store that also were treated like family made me feel that customer service does still exist. Regards, Mark
