Great place for seniors to hang out!!
Great programs for seniors
I’ve only used the weight room. The room is a little small and could use a multi purpose shoulder/incline/chest press machine. Most of the county weight rooms have a tv (They do not), but they do have a radio. There is an outdoor workout area which I use for warming up even when it is cold outside.
