Great programs for seniors
I’ve only used the weight room. The room is a little small and could use a multi purpose shoulder/incline/chest press machine. Most of the county weight rooms have a tv (They do not), but they do have a radio. There is an outdoor workout area which I use for warming up even when it is cold outside.
Ready to have a family day and enjoy grilling meat? Here you can find all the materials to make a delicious barbecue.
I love the dj day playing fun music and everyone was dancing!!
Nice place to do a session on the treadmill, or take a class, a whole lot of things to do for seniors. I especially like the variety of exercise equipment on hand. Recommended!
