VERY bad place to live!! Horrible Management!! – Although the units themselves have one or 2 things going for them, the management is abysmal. I cannot stress enough how a nice enough environment is RUINED by the stress of poor management. Projects of Henrietta – We have lived here for 3 years in that time the quality of renters has gone down greatly as has the service of the maintence staff . Where do I start they say they have a pool yup they do its hardly open due to lack of a lifegaurds and this summer it was closed for most of the season due a pump that broke (it only took them a month to fix). NEVER RENT AT WAVERLYWOOD – NEVER EVER EVER RENT AT WAVERLYWOOD!!!!! I just moved out and they got me with about $900 in "fees" because I never gave them a security deposit. Then the "ladies" in the office proceeded to tell me they have never charged anyone for anything before and I was a "disgusting" housekeep. It would be wrong of me NOT to warn apt seekers about Lincoya Bay. The management is not helpful or accomodating. Good luck getting any maintenance repairs performed promptly OR correctly. And worst of all- we were robbed while living in this apartment "community" and the management did absolutely nothing to help us. They wouldn't even change the locks or answer my calls. We were not the only ones, either. We are not being unfair or vengeful- we just want people to know what we wish we knew- before we moved into Lincoya Bay.... read more
UNSAFE, UNPLEASENT, RIP OFF – There have been numerous break ins, and cover ups about it.....someone got a hold of master set of keys I heard...staff is VERY unpleasent and when you have an issue with little sqeaky creatures with tails, fire's, or break ins......you are hung up on...but wait!!! There is more!!!!! They raise the rent $30 a month every year....not to make doors and locks safe, because you have to pay the extra $75 to have deadbolt installed for that and use dowls to keep the windows shut.. I must admit that feel in love with this apartment community at first. Then I moved in filled out the walk through form to indicate the issues w/ my unit upon moving in. The Management Team gives you 30 days to fill it out and return it. no more than two weeks later all the cosmetic cover ups done by maintenance will be revealed. Twice I had to email their corporate office to get results. Nightmare on Brookhaven Street!! – These apartments are very old and they are falling apart. They are full of mickey mouses and nothing in my unit works. All the residents in my buliding has filed a complaint with the H department. Mantanince they don't have any. So if you like mickey mouse,dirty hallways, flushless towlets,mold,and/or have someone in your family who is good with fixing things. Then this dirt bag is for you!!!! enough already – When we first moved in to Holiday on the Bay it was quiet and peaceful here. Then summer came and the noise began. No more calm, peaceful living. Weekend are spent with loud, obnoxious fireworks being set off by other tenants. These fireworks go on all weekend and sometimes during the week too. They go on for hours and continue until late into the night. There is no respect given here between tenants and the close proximity within which you live.
