Very disappointed walking around talking to others living in this community. Staff that work in office are pretty useless. Tenants been waiting for key to fitness room since July still haven't received one. Several tenants waiting for repairs on kitchen cabinets missing drawers for over 6 months. Water leaks from the apartments above not fixed in a timely manor if at all just attempted to paint over the issue. Maintenance scheduled to do work not showing up at appointed day or time. I lived in two different apartments here. I came back because the rent was reasonable and the property is close to my family and work. It really depends on where your apartment is located on the property. My first apartment was close to the leasing office on the New Hope Street side. It was very quiet, and I barely saw my neighbors. I had mold problems however, and every time it rained, the mold increasingly got worse. The maintenance team put up a slap of wood and sprayed a little bleach to "fix the problem." These apartments are horrible. Horribly built and falling apart. We have documented everything, including the fact that they cover up their water stains with Killz paint (it stains every time it rains!) and that the apartment is settling. We have water damage every time it rains heavily. We call them, they look at the stains, then cover it up. Our doors no longer close properly -- the bedrooms doors will NOT close. The acoustics are probably the biggest problem with these apartments - the joists sound like they are made of 2X4s! No matter how quiet the upstairs neighbors try to be you can hear EVERY movement. We also had a problem with a neighbor who was angry that we parked on her side of the building. I have two small boys and parking on the same side as the apartment was a safety issue - she told me to 'move your f**** car, you don't live here!' Charming! I DO NOT recommend this complex! – I have lived at The Enclave for over a year and a half. I originally joined The Enclave when we had 24/7 cops at our gates, it was not Sec.8 housing approved and the Management actually removed problem neighbors. The problems have gotten worse since they started accepting sec.8 housing again two months ago,and they did this because they are attempting to sell the property. There is drug activity daily here and I have been relocated from multiple apartments due to Black Mold and other issues... read more

I like my home – My husband lived in this apartment before we got married but he chose it with me and an adolescent in mind. It's easily accesible around the apartments, from the streets and also this area from the rest of Largo, Tampa, St Pete, etc. In our living room we have two love seats, a game chair, a large storage ottoman, a large "hobby box" and a piano! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! – I have lived in numerous apartment complexes, and Saint Andrews Commons in Columbia SC is BY FAR THE WORST. I have never written a bad review of an apartment complex, but I feel compelled to warn people not to move in there. First, they charge you 4 dollars a month "service charge" every month, and a larger service charge your first month (be sure to read the entire lease, it's in there).
