So convenient and nice staff one of the better Holiday Oils.
For a company that prides itself on customer service, they certainly don’t show it. Multiple locations have employees playing on phones ignoring customers. Stores are dirty, trashes overflowing, and restrooms are disgusting. Used to love Holiday Oil, but it certainly has gone downhill.
I used to work at one of the locations. I would get 15cents off per gallon of gas. Now that I’m a regular customer it say to have a loyalty phone number and one of my red cards to get 15cents off per gallon. I have all of that but it’s not taking the 15cents off just 5cents. And when I email someone at the office to help me they tell me they can’t help me that I have to call customer service. So I call customer service and they say they can’t help me!!!!
Holiday Oil is an epic Utah company! Solid, excellent quality product, awesome employer, and greatly underrated for all the good this company has been contributing to Utah for over 60 years! Thank you!
