I booked a holiday rental through this business and they (particularly Cate) provided very friendly personable service throughout the booking process and then, when I went to collect the keys, their attention to detail led them (Cate) to pick up that it was my birthday that day and they had a card and gifts ready for me. What beautiful people and what outstanding service they provide their clients and customers! Very impressed.
We found Cate from Holiday Noosa Accommodation wonderful to work with. She looked after us very well last year and again with our booking this year. Nothing is too much trouble for her.
