Horrendous...no pool...no wifi....no firepits....stolen and damaged mail...no water in winter...new manager, very not trained to her job or for the job she holds...large German Shepard left loose to roam and intimidate everyone...very untrained
Staff here is super friendly. After calling ahead with an hour and a bit notice the manager was more the welcoming on the phone and stayed up and waited until our arrival. Clean rooms. Quiet location. Fire pit for visitor use and not too far from the Hope city center and access to highway. This is my official lodging for Hope B.C.
