Ok, i prefer these ground level type of motels for the way I travel , no stairs , no elevators , perfect . Back the car to your door. Owner , very kind and accommodating. Showed me room prior to me paying ( I was a walk in ). Bed was great , room was clean , lots of hot water , quiet , safe, AC worked great . All none smoking , room didn’t smell at all like smoke. I like the convenience of a motel with parking and access to the room and being able to step outside and sit. The room rate is appropriate and I received a seniors discount :) Beds were comfortable but tv could be bigger. Pop corn was a nice touch. Love the location, grocery store and beer store right across the street. Tim Hortons a short drive. Very nice owner and I will definitely stay at Holiday motel next trip to Orillia.

Would not recommend sheets and bedding was all stained and crumbs in the bed i honestly don’t even feel like staying here, very out dated and gross and there was dirt and garbage underneath my bed. Don’t go here unless you want to stay at an abandoned motel in the 60s.

I'm in the room right now Feb.28/26. I have never seen anything so dirty. Their is garbage under my bed. The mattresses are wrapped in Saran wrap. The TV is size of tablet. Sheets are filthy. The place stinks outdated. Thankfully I brought extra clothes. I would not consider getting in bed. I layed out all my extra cloths to block the bed. I will sleep with my work cloths.I give honest reviews. I don't lie and have edit some that have changed. This place is filthy I wish I could leave. I highly recommend nor coming here.
