Affordable, clean and quiet overnight lodging. We are centrally located near the heart of downtown, walking distance to the Amtrak, sports bars and restaurants. We provide free transportation to the bus stop and air port. There is ample parking for trucks and large vehicles. Rooms discounts for seniors, military, pilot cars, AARP/AAA and much more! Free Wi-Fi, soft water, flat screen TV's, mini fridge and microwave. We are pet friendly with approval from staff. Rest at it's best in Southeast Colorado.

It is an older hotel with about 30 rooms. It is not fancy but it is safe and fairly clean. Small frig and microwave in room. Ample parking and parking for bigger vehicles in back. If you aren't okay with older motels then pay twice as much and stay somewhere else.

Update: I will stay here every chance I get. Mike is an amazing guy, be sure to ask him about his life adventures!! Check out the lobby, I could've spent hours there! Where to start...price is PERFECT. Room was PERFECT...I smoke but I normally won't rent a smoking room because usually they're dingy yellow, stink, and just look dirty. NOT HERE!!!
