Affordable, clean and quiet overnight lodging. We are centrally located near the heart of downtown, walking distance to the Amtrak, sports bars and restaurants. We provide free transportation to the bus stop and air port. There is ample parking for trucks and large vehicles. Rooms discounts for seniors, military, pilot cars, AARP/AAA and much more! Free Wi-Fi, soft water, flat screen TV's, mini fridge and microwave. We are pet friendly with approval from staff. Rest at it's best in Southeast Colorado.

Really like this place ended up staying in Lamar on a motorcycle trip...the room is quite spacious very clean nice bed great price...Mike is a very friendly guy and he gives a discount to motorcycle riders ..park right outside your room ..id definitely stay here again
Mike (the owner) is an awesome guy, the motel is clean and well lit, and in an excellent place for travelers.
It is an older hotel with about 30 rooms. It is not fancy but it is safe and fairly clean. Small frig and microwave in room. Ample parking and parking for bigger vehicles in back. If you aren't okay with older motels then pay twice as much and stay somewhere else.
