Formerly an elderly park, this park is now open to all. All trash! The elderly that live in the park now have to deal with dope dealers and a constant stream of thieves comming in at all hours of the night. Curfew is 10:00pm, but good luck finding anyone to enforce it. The managers are lazy and complacent. They sit back, watch, and do nothing.
