We booked two rooms for two nights. Service: The front desk is condescending and told us there was never free breakfast for holiday inn for diamond elite members. Noise: One of the rooms is facing the highway and it’s much noisier than the other one. Also the AC is so noisy that I couldn’t fall asleep. I measured the db level at my bed area the level was already >=50 db, which is considered to be unsleepable. Location: Maybe this is the only reason we picked here initially. But I regretted so much
The only negative thing I could say about this place is that the restaurant is seasonal so it does not open year round. That was a huge disappointment.
Nice comfortable hotel by the river. This is where I stay when I'm in Windsor on business.
no free breakfast no bathmat shower was slippery the one across the highway is way better for the same price you get a free breakfast
