The customer service was great at the check in counter and the room was clean but my room was facing the freeway and I would give that room a negative 5 star. The cost ($150) for a Sunday night for that room is outrageous. I would have asked to switch rooms or be refunded but after 10 hours of moving I didn't have the energy so I just laid in the bed all night staring at the ceiling listening to cars on the freeway and watching the car lights light up the room. Rooms are very outdated, room service only if you request for it and it is the first hotel I've been too that doesn't offer free coffee in the lobby, you literally have to buy a cup at $4 a cup. The parking is tight and hard to get in or out, The food offered wasn't worth the money I paid for breakfast, and the elevators feel like there about to break down.
