Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, I reserved a "suite" it was a standard room except it had a pull out sofa in place of a standard bed. The carpet was worn out and overall the room appeared dirty. The staff was very kind and understanding, which was the only saving grace of this place, however when I wanted to check out early because this was not the hotel for us they refused to refund me for the nights I reserved but did not use :( over $1000.
Their curbs are so tall that you hit your freaking bumper when parking outside the garage. Thanks for the $3k bill!
Very clean comfortable standard king room.
The rooms are all damaged. The black out curtains were damaged and did not close all the way. They don't seem to do the most basic of maintenance on the rooms.
