I've stayed at quite a few Holiday inn, this one needs a little of work.
The service is good
The rooms were missing diverter’s in the sink. The shower doesn’t drain properly and did not have good water pressure. The staff were incredibly rude to include the cleaning ladies which is unusual… and Brandon the operations manager has the worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen in the entirety of my life I will never stay at another IHG owned by that company again. Don’t waste your time. Stay in Santa Rosa north or go to the Marriott.
