We stayed for 2 nights here. I called the hotel to get the room's filter changed ahead of our arrival. Nelly the manager on duty said she'll take care of it. We ended up having to change our room due to noise and the TV didn't work properly, however I still give this hotel 5 stars due to the customer service (Nelly) who is very accommodating and nice. Also Bill and Lisa at the breakfast restaurant are also very nice and courteous. We will stay again at this hotel due to the staff and close proximity to where we need to go... read more
I stayed just one night as my family and I were visiting Busch gardens the next day and heading to Orlando afterwards. The hotel is very outdated and did not feel clean, while walking to our room we saw water bugs walking around the hallways. And the rooms themselves were ok, but we all had issues sleeping because the walls were so thin, any little noise we could hear. I wouldnt recommend this hotel honestly, there are hiltons nearby that im assuming are more comfortable and in better condition.
Was priced 282.28 for 2 days with taxes (have email) then when I looked at my bank account they charged me $351. They charged a $50 deposit...okay. I understand but tell people up front. Then they charged me $10 a day for parking. What the heck! Ive stayed at Hoilday inns for over 30 yrs and have never been charged a deposit and definitely never charged for parking. Restaurant had 1 person cooking & waiting tables. Lady took our order, went back and cooked it and didn't come back out til our food was done. Felt bad for the o... read more

Probably the best hotel to go in if you are going to busch gardens. Has pretty good rooms and awesome staff that respond to your questions. The rooms are in good shape and smell clean and look clean along with being very comfortable. Sadly there is no free breakfast which sucks but if you are there for a special event (a kid hockey tournament for your brother or kid) and mostly everyone is there becuase of it, they give you free breakfast.
