I was unfortunately overbooked at the Home2 Suites next door and had no room for the evening, but the team here was extremely understanding and helpful and was able to make a miracle happen. Very clean room and overall excellent stay.
Comfortable beds, and conveniently located to Moffitt, but lacks attention to details. The toilet seat was wobbly, the toilet paper holder was loose, the bathroom door has water damage or something, there's only one outlet (used for the clock) plus 2 USB-A ports between the beds.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Found hair embedded in several of the towels and there was also hair throughout the floors. Found a roach on the bedroom wall that I had to kill. Beds were comfy. I ordered breakfast and got the French toast and a side of potatoes. The potatoes were dry and the French toast was alright. For dinner I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. I asked for fried chicken but I was given grilled and there was no bacon on the sandwich.
