Next door to us Air conditioning broken down so stayed overnight
Had a great one-night stay at HI St Marys. The rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the process for IHG F&B vouchers. I tried to redeem mine via the app before checking out, but it kept showing a system error. When I asked the front desk to help manually apply the discount, they insisted I had to do it through the app myself. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was fantastic!
Would have been great if there was a pool. We had a couple of very hot days and we found sitting in our room in air conditioning confining.
I really recommend this place. Staff are very kind and friendly at restaurants and reception ❤️❤️❤️.
