Everything amazing but the agent in the front really obnoxious
I just used the ballroom for a corporate meeting and I couldn't be happier with the staff and facilities. The team was kind, accommodating, and friendly. Davinia at the front desk was quick to help with anything I needed. The manager, Kim, was organized and had everything ready for me to set up ahead of time. I didn't catch his name but the tech person was also extremely helpful and had my presentation running in seconds. I would absolutely use them again for a corporate meeting.
Front desk agents were pretty short and not hospitable, except for who I believe was a new employee, and she was great while trying to figure things out. The others just seemed unbothered by anything and with a care less attitude.
