Excellent, courteous, and very pleasant staff ! Hotel is nice and modern with clean and comfortable rooms that exhibit a nice ambiance! Centrally located only a few minutes away from most of the attractions in Pigeon Forge! Highly recommended this modern style hotel with indoor pool and hot tub, restaurant, and spacious rooms!!

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Excellent customer service, friendly staff. The floors, beds, bathrooms - it was all very clean. Highly recommend staying here. Walking distance to the Island. Great hotel!
