This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that wouldn’t hold our bags after we checked out? Huge inconvenience. They also forgot to give us our welcome bags for the wedding when we checked in which caused a lot of confusion with transportation details.
It was okay. Restaurant items were good. Staff very helpful and professional. Good atmosphere.
The hotel was good, but there was an older blonde woman who worked in the restaurant in the mornings and wore different hats and headbands every day, and unfortunately she treated us in a disrespectful and unkind manner. The reception staff were good.
