Booked 10 months in advance through Expedia under “Reserve now, pay later at the hotel.” Today I get a call from the hotel demanding I pay multiple nights upfront for a stay that isn’t until October. Kelly called to push this, even though it directly contradicts the terms the hotel agreed to when the reservation was made. You don’t get to change the rules after someone books. The rooms were great plenty of space the people are very nice as well as the service too it was a great stay I can’t complain

Booked the ocean front corner king suite for my boyfriend's birthday, got a great off-season rate. Includes a spacious living room with pull-out couch and dining area, basically a full kitchen (sink, oven, dishwasher, fridge) and bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub, and side chair. Wall facing the ocean was all windows with a big sliding door leading to a large balcony with chairs and table.
