Nice rooms and hotel, but they will try to squeeze every dime out of you. 18 dollar parking a night, 18 dollar breakfast, and if you want to buy a bottle of water from their fridge it’s 8 bucks per bottle!
Location for this Holiday inn is prime. The rooms were very clean and maintained. The service was genuine. I felt like they knew me on a personal level.
We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Monterey Park – Los Angeles. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. A special thank you to Ana and Veronica from the housekeeping team. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Buns, the water pressure not enough Edit: The service at this hotel is just horrid, checking in took the receptionist 30 minutes cause he didn’t know how to check in, he had to ask tech support how to do it( how does this happen). When we asked for housekeeping they didn’t give clean the room. The phone in our room also is broken, please do not come here.
