We were on the fifth floor, our ice machine wasn't working.
Great experience
Room was out of date, but clean. I asked the lady at the front desk if we needed to make reservations for Johnny's Italian Steakhouse and she told me no. My wife and I went to eat dinner around 7 o'clock that night and we were told we had to have a reservation. I am not upset with the staff at Johnny's. They were wonderful! As for the lady at the front desk, if you don't know the answer for sure don't give your guests incorrect information!!
One of the best. Been staying here for many years on business travel. Highly recommend.
Ate at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse and had the Prime Rib. It was fantastic. The waiter was exceptional and was very knowledgeable.
