It should've been a great stay, but the room wasn't up to the Holiday Inn standard we are used to as IHG travelers. Low water pressure, broken bath faucet, uncomfortable sofa with terribly misaligned and threadbare/split seating surfaces due to the sofa bed inside it. The bed was very comfortable, but the bed is just a single factor in a great hotel experience. Several of the front desk help were terse. I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dallas-Addison! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for both business and relaxation. I really appreciated the amenities, especially the fitness center and complimentary Wi-Fi. The location is also great, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. IHG has done a wonderful job with this property, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Dallas. We sent a baseball team to this location. The rooms were clean and everything was great. The best part was the customer service in booking and throughout the whole process of the stay. Would definitely recommend.
Stay away. Gives holiday inn express a bad name. No room serviced. No new towels. Asked. Got medium size towels. The place just gives off bad vibes. Pay extra. Stay elsewhere
