The front desk staff in the evening was straight face bored or perhaps even angry or annoyed by our check-in. I remember when this hotel was sparkling brand new. Its time renovations. More importantly there is distinct lack of attention to detail in the room cleanings. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. There wasn't a facial soap bar in the bathroom.
