While bits of the Hotel were run down and the elevators dont work, the staff more than made up for it with their customer service. Kymber was extremely helpful and polite with anything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was good and it was okay for the price of the room!

Positive - they had a room available for us very early (10:00 am). Negative - the rest...every chair you walk past is either dirty or stained or both. The breakfast is not included as 3 people reminded me when I was getting it. It's bad, even for hotel buffet breakfasts. The fitness center has 5 cardio machines that don't work and not surprisingly the water fountain in said "fitness center" has no water. Disappointed with our stay. The elevators kept breaking, and the “on-site restaurant” only serves breakfast—not sure why it’s advertised otherwise. Room stayed nice and cold, but condensation dripped onto the floor. Only real plus was the comfy bed.

We specifically stayed at the Holiday Inn because we've always had a good experience. Our stay at the Holiday Inn at College Station was less than stellar. Our room was damp, the sheets were wet & when we asked about it, we were told it was "Aggie land." The manager wasn't available in the morning & was told she would contact us, but never did. We were extremely disappointed in our experience.
