I spent a night at the Courtyard for a work event and had an excellent stay. From the smooth check-in process to the professionalism of the staff, everything was outstanding. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the convenient parking made my stay even better. I had to leave early, so I wasn’t able to enjoy breakfast, but I really appreciated that it’s offered. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back!
Update: GM contacted me. The issue was handled and fixed in a very appropriate and professional manner. I stayed on a follow up visit and things were perfect.
So, I won’t go so far and say it’s a one star worthy experience. Objectively, it’s a nice hotel with pleasant staff. The breakfast situation is underwhelming for sure; but, what killed me were the room fees for using the hotel phone. It’s 2026 and they still charge for phone calls? Extremely disappointing treatment, furthermore, their computer system was down when I checked out so I wasn’t provided an opportunity to dispute the charges.
Given that this was a last minute, same day booking, I had quite a favorable experience. The front desk was very personable, making check-in a breeze. Every staff member I ran into during my stay were all professional and pleasant. The room was cozy and clean, complete with a microwave and mini fridge, which is always a nice touch.
