Really bad experience. Upgraded to a suite, which was appreciate as an Ambassador elite bonvoy member. The room was very elongated with no lighting over the sink/kitchen area. The floor in 2 places, had a missing or hollowed out floor panel. On the first day I tweaked my knee on 1 of these "holes" I reported it to desk and sent a message thru the App chat. NO RESPONSE IN ALMOST A MONTH now. I will be escalating this up the ladder now that I'm being ignored. Picture included of the spot with biggest uneven hole!! Update: STIL... read more
I’ve had a great experience from the front desk all the way to the restaurant. The food was excellent, prepared properly, and the surface was great. Rooms were immaculate. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
