To begin, the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. It’s in a safe spot and around food places. When we checked in, we were not recognized as IGH reward members nor were we given the welcome goodie back that’s given to those who are. The shower in the room had broken shelves that were hanging off the wall, the bathroom sink was clogged and the TV in the bedroom had a blown speaker and distorted sound. Hotel was okay. The TV was small with audio problems. It seems like it operated from some kind of adapter. The remote didn't always work to turn the TV on or off. The bathroom had mold by the shower. The shower head had lime scales. The carpet, well, it needs to be replaced yesterday.
My husband and I were having issues with the TV at 5:30am. Mr Rashod who was working the front desk advised maintenance would be in at 8:00am but he came up to our room to try and help solve the issue. In addition we were checking out but wanted to extend for another day. I thought I had to wait but Mr Rashod assisted with that process before leaving his shift at 7:00am.
