Based on my experience, the only good thing about the hotel is the location. Other than that, it has a lot of negatives. Rooms were so bad, upon entry it just smelled unpleasant. You could tell the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed (e.g., crumbs, old dead bugs, random soda tag, etc. on the floor, also something red and sticky???). Air conditioner was leaking water on the floor which made the carpet in that area super wet (made the room smell even worse). Toilet didn’t flush properly, three elevators only one worked, they advertise free breakfast but charge. Coffee was free, homeless man asked for a T-shirt soon as we got out the car. Manager never available. Chair in room nasty. In house restaurant never opened. Phones in rooms don’t work, all rooms. Not handicap accessible. Half the time doors were locked to get in, one way in. Power out in kitchen so no coffee at 7:00 am, finally met the manager who kept calling me sir. No working ice machines. It’s a zero for me.

Fyi, parking isn't free nor owned by the hotel. Closest is apprx 1.5 blocks a day, at a 15 dollar rate Breakfast isn't also included in the rates for some of the rooms. That runs 15 per day per adult. Wouldn't recommend being placed on second floor unless you want to hear people playing at the pool/running in and out of that area
