This is what I believe is my first bad review and it gives me no joy doing so. BUT, when you check out of this hotel you will be very grateful…that you are leaving. If you want an authentic refugee experience, then this is the place for you. I felt like we were all Hurricane Katrina survivors at the Superdome. I haven't even arrived yet and am now searching for a new hotel. Friends arrived first for a week stay for an event. There are blood and bugs in the rooms. No AC, no working plumbing. Pool is filthy. So thankful my friends advised seaching for new accommodations before I even arrived.
