I don’t even know where to begin. I absolutely would never recommend this hotel. While it was conveniently located to the convention center it was not worth it. Upon entering our room we were overwhelmed with it wreaking of weed. I understand they are under a remodel and hope that will improve a few of the issues. However, blood on items giving other people already occupied rooms, not locking doors at night is a big concern and security issue. The night we were there there were multiple shootings not far away. Awful!!! Check in process was a joke. Asked for early check in and was “granted” it prior to arrival. To being told multiple times they could not find my reservation. To finally finding it and not being able to check in early? Get to our room and room is clean but mid remodel. No trim on the walls. The door wouldn’t lock and the TV wouldn’t work. NO PARKING ON SIGHT!! The employees have been kind and helpful despite all of these issues.

I’d like to start by saying that the woman working the front desk was amazing. She was very patient with handling everyone’s concerns and resolving the issues. When we walked into our room, the large mirror was up against the wall with a broken frame and blocking the walkway. There was a white powdery film on the floor and they were not clean. Horrible place! Trash outside and all around! Bed bugs DON'T STAY HERE! Don't clean rooms, don't have towels. When AC went out we asked them to come fix it and nobody ever came!! Faucet is extremely loose and comes out of the sink. When asked to fix it they said they would when we checked out! Place is horrible and the staff is bad!! Dirty place, ugly place and can't believe volleyball would even consider it! It should be torn down!!zero Stars!!

This hotel feels like an old remodel that’s overpriced for what you get. The room was dirty when we arrived, and about half of the lights didn’t work. There were only two outlets in the room, which made it difficult to charge devices. The TV didn’t work, and the mini fridge wouldn’t get cold. Ice isn’t available on each floor—you have to go all the way to the service desk to get it. The room also had very poor lighting overall.
