Luba front desk is the best. She is very professional.
The staff at this IHG were wonderful. The hotel could use a little updating, but was overall comfortable and pretty clean. We did notice a strong tobacco smell when we first entered the lobby and were concerned about the lack of “no smoking” enforcement, but it was an isolated incident. The $5 parking fee was a little annoying, but the lot was pretty full by the end of the night with all of the weddings going on. The room was a little outdated, but clean. Overall it was a decent place to stay.
Very convenient to our wedding venue, service was excellent as well as the rooms were very clean
Luba at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal. Super sweet, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
