Luba helped me check in and was very helpful explaining my platinum benefits and hotel amenities.
Everything was great! Came for a wedding and needed early check in and Luba was very helpful and able to accommodate, it made the trip stress free. The only regret was I wasn’t able to try the cantina pizza from the margaritas… next time!
Excellent experience. I have stayed at IhG sites previously but this one stands out. The front desk staff(Luba), was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, exceeded my expectations. I will be transitioning to IHG system on my future travels.
Liz is amazing! I’m here for my wedding this weekend and had some mixups with my and my mom’s reservations. She got us taken care of and straightened out right away! She made me feel so much more relaxed and ready for the big day! :)
