We checked in and headed right to our room. I had to go to the bathroom. The toilet had poop in it!!!!! The toilet was not cleaned. What else wasn't cleaned? Also, there was soaking wet carpet in front of the A/C unit. I took a video and pictures of both issues. We didn't bring it to their attention until we left. I booked this hotel for my friend’s wedding. When I called the week before to ask the front desk a question they changed my reservation from a king room to a double queen room and gave me a more expensive rate without my knowledge or consent. When I tried to get a refund they kept me on hold for about an hour while they periodically picked up and asked me to repeat the same story. Me and my girlfriend stay at this hotel often stay and the customer service that we get from Bridget is wonderful and she is always very helpful to us!!
My boyfriend and I come here often and the costumer service is always great, by Bridget who always very welcoming and very helpful through any issues!!! She is super sweet and friendly and very considerate and compassionate towards everyone!!
