The lady at the front desk name Liz was great she was very nice helpful and kind and went out her way to make sure my check in was very smooth
Room was good, stayed due to bad weather. Lady in the breakfast area was a little off putting but, otherwise everything was ok. Didn’t realize there would not be a breakfast buffet. Breakfast is typically an amenity I look for. With the price of the rooms, you could offer a small section of grab n go breakfast items. Just a thought.
We got stuck in a snow storm and we're Lucky to make it to this hotel. We were welcomed by Liz who was absolutely incredible. She was so kind and positive. She gave us a such a warm welcome, a wonderful room and lots of extra treats!!!! Thank you so much Liz for everything you did! We won't forget you!!
While I’m not usually one to take the time to write a review. I really did want this to be known to the public and future guests at this establishment. The breakfast actually made my Son and I sick. We are there on Monday morning and when i tell you I say for a good 30 minutes until a server arrived then was handed undercoveragenten eggs as I could tell they were still cold. I was at this lovely hotel for a week…Luba who was working the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very friendly very kind and helped me with all my accommodations! I definitely will stay again just because of her warm customer service….10 out of 10! Thanks Luba
