Everything was very nice

Very nice place to stay
This was the most horrible experience ever. First of all, I booked a double queen room on the highest floor way back in November. However, when I got to the hotel, they had me in a king room on the first floor. Now, I will say that once I showed my receipt from November, they honored it and moved me to a queen room on the top floor, but why should I have had to do that? It was booked in November!
