This is my hotel when I visit Roanoke. Great food in the lobby. Awesome pool. Rooms are super nice. All around great hotel.

Upon trying to check-in it took 10 minutes before anyone arrived at the desk. Upon her arrival there wasn't any apologies for leaving guest wondering if anyone was even working. I was giving my room on the 5th. floor facing the lobby. The room was noticable noisy upon entering, with the sound exclusively coming from the lobby. After an hour I couldn't take the noise, and picked up the phone to call the front desk to change rooms. Of course the phone was broken, I gathered my thing to go to the front desk. This is one of the worst IHG properties I have stayed at! I came for my step daughter’s birthday weekend. The entire 4th floor spelled like wet dog and pee. My room has a very powerful smell of animal pee. There are 4 ice machines in the building I went to every one and none of them had any ice. When entering the side entrance it smelled very strongly of weed even the elevator had a strong odor. I am beyond disappointed!
