Very comfy and pet friendly
The hot tub at the pool should be hotter than the ocean, this one isn't. Not even 90 degrees F. Shame to waste that area and cause disappointments.
Last year was our first year here and we had a great time.. so we ended up coming back this year! The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, right on the beach, with a nice big pool, kids pool and hot tub! It's a beautiful property, with an awesome restaurant right at the pool. You couldn't ask for a better location. Also, it's 5 minutes away from everything on the island. It's been a blast. I rarely leave reviews, but the service here was so poor, I felt compelled. I booked a 2 Queen room with an ocean view on the first floor. Upon arrival, I was given a single King with no view. When I pointed out the error, I was met with suspicion and called a liar until I showed my reservation. They eventually gave me a 2 Queen room—still no view—and it reeked of cigarette smoke. This hotel has a perfect location and the staff was friendly, but that’s just about as good as it gets. The room was definitely in need of an update. The shower was horrible with mold in the crevices and around the bottom of the door. There was only a desk chair in the room with no other seating. There was nowhere to put luggage except on the floor. The property is very long and we were located far from the lobby.
