Buyer beware booked a room then gave review and then they billed me more money this was my 3 star review Rooms okay pool good beach great sand nats for the win but only stayed one night the restaurant is quite expensive took forever and service is okay at best will be reporting
Took a while, but I received a refund for my booking due to dirty bed sheets and poor customer service. Left right away and called corporate to complain.
This place is very arbitrary. For example: you get two coupons for coffee. I wanted an iced coffee but was told it only applies to drip coffee. The offer two old ice machines. Both broken and then have the audacity to say you can’t fill your cooler. Poor maintenance poor management. Asked for late check out would only give us an hour then cancelled our room keys while we were having lunch in the 24 restaurant when we were done by 1130.
Nice clean place, pleasant staff.
