Three stars. Nice location on the beach but we weren’t told no pool and lots of construction going on. So I’m taking away stars. It’s a mess out back and noisy. Hard for handicapped because you must go around the front to get to the beach. Oh when we were they hundreds of jelly fish were in the water and all over the beach. Call before going.
False advertising. The pictures make you think the pool area and outside restaurants are ready. They say it will be ready in the spring 2024, but we checked in April 3 and it’s a long ways from being ready. The small box saying it will be ready spring 2024 is just now visible on their site. When we booked room it was not there. A lot of people in hotel was saying the same thing. We loved our room. But the outside was very disappointing. The Beach House photos online do not match what you get when you get to the resort. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the location, the beach was so easy to get to, but because the hotel is under construction it’s not a direct path. Just to clarify, I understood that before I booked. To continue, they advertise having a fitness center, but they don’t. They’ll give you a coupon and you have to drive or bike 10 minutes down the road for their partner fitness center.
