Rooms were beautiful & very clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Pool was great. Hotel restaurant wasn’t bad either.
Room was nice but being stuck beside the elevator wasn’t very pleasant. It sounded like an airplane landing in our room almost non stop. Asked to change rooms and there was non available. Booked the hotel almost a month before and there was a bunch of rooms still open. Don’t know how we drew the short straw on that one. They also over charged me for the room. Was booked on Priceline.
It was quiet, clean, and the people at the service desk were very polite
Great service from every employee we ran into; always trying to ensure we are having a great stay (and it felt genuine, which is rare these days haha). Location leaves a little to be desired, but the road noise was minimal at night (and you should know it’s right next to a highway before you book , unless you didn’t do your homework and look at apple/google first haha) .
