Rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and with multiple storage options. Under cabinet fridge has freezer. Keurig coffee maker. Sliding desk table can be used for dining, however, despite having a restaurant, there is no room service or take out. The lobby is being renovated and the bathrooms for the lobby and restaurant were not accessible the night we ate at the restaurant, necessitating going back up to our room for a bathroom. Not very thoughtful or well-planned.
It's being remodeled and someone was hammering or some such in a room near ours till after 11pm. So that was frustrating. Was clean and easily accessed from the highway. Nice location to go walking into portsmouth.
If you need help with something from the guy at the front desk good luck. He doesn’t like doing his job or even talking to people . They charged me 183$ after saying it’d be only 25$ hold on the card I called and never got a call back or anything he said he would talk to the manager and call me back but I know he never did. I left and two hours later saw a charge. For 391. I’m also in a class where 7 other people also got charged a bunch of money and got no explanation why.
