We stayed here for the first time and absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, especially with how close it is to Disney Springs. The food was delicious, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Clean rooms, friendly staff, they have no problem letting you check in early if available. 39.00 resorts fees but if you take advantage of what you get it's a good deal.
Stayed here for seven nights with the family for a Disney World trip. There’s nothing bad I could say about this hotel. I stay in the IHG family all the time and this location hit all the marks. Comfortable bed, check. Great service, check. Amazing pool for my toddler with a walk-in beach type area, check the resort fee also covered shuttle service to any of the parks that was very convenient. Food wasn’t bad at all either.
