The hotel is dated but clean. The carpet in our room had a hole in it. The breakfasts were good but pricey. Jessica in restaurant area was outstanding! On Thanksgiving day there was no hot water so we couldn’t shower before going to our relative’s for the day. Location was easy to get to and parking was good. When checking out I asked for some compensation regarding lack of hot water on Thanksgiving. I was only offered breakfast vouchers, which we couldn’t use as we had to get on the road. Receptionist is un professional. They made me feel like invisible man. I have to stand there waiting for 15 min while he chit chat with previous customer and still not check me in after they finish. No hot water. No breakfast
Only thing I will point out, they don’t provide coffee in the morning. They can sell you one for $5. Basic essential imo, especially major chains like holiday inn.
