A great place to stay while in Oceanside. California. Very clean rooms and friendly service by the staff there. I was very glad that Carlos was the evening attendant there who helped me with some hotel store snack purchases. Thank you, Carlos! When in Oceanside I will definitely stay there again!

I would like to share my experience with the customer service department over the phone, which was unfortunately unsatisfactory. The representatives lacked knowledge of current events in the United States, suggesting that they may be outsourced from a foreign phone center. This unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable. I love how close it is to the ocean. The rooms are always spacious and clean. And the staff usually doesn't mean mug you when you ask for another roll of toilet paper

So this place is a little tired and could use an update. The people here are great and very accommodating. Although my room wasn't ready, they made up for it. In a number of ways and the service here is good. Who wouldn't suggest walking in this area? As there is a homeless encampment across the street.
