Great location ! Rooms were clean and staff was great . Free shuttle to downtown .
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Nashville Downtown - Stadium and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and refreshed, which was a great start. The on-site restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, serving delicious food and providing good service. However, there were a couple of significant drawbacks that affected my stay. Spent March 21-23 at this hotel. One of the elevators was down and they were heavily booked. It would take a long time to get an elevator. They were severely under staffed for an extremely busy weekend. The staff were extremely rude. The only highlight was the security officer that worked there helped me get into my van after the key fob failed.
