Great hotel which is well kept. Room is clean and modern, with a nice vibe in the open bar/restaurant. Nice value for my stay.
The staff made my work trip seem like a vacation!!!! Even after 12+ hours days The room was clean beds comfy.The breakfast and dinner where fabulous But the highlight of the trip was the staff ...mogan, Sherri, Nathan,rod,donna, Heather,and robin
Rooms were not clean, debris such as hair and dirt on Floor of bathroom. There were ants running along the walls and bathroom floor and we were on the second floor! Understand there is a short turn around in these rooms since the hotel was full but the location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good but they ran out of items as fast as they were delivered. Staff appeared overwhelmed. Pool and fitness rooms were BOTH closed for various reasons for the 2 night duration of our stay with our family.
THE GOOD: Overall a nice place to stay in Mishawaka. Close to a huge shopping center and hospital. Staff was very friendly and helpful. THE BAD: The room was subpar with a torn curtain, cracked fridge lining and a bathroom door sagging on its hinges. The hallway had a gash in the drywall. Security was pretty lacking with outer entrance doors propped open 2 nights in a row.
