Update: the manager did accommodate me so i do appreciate him doing that. Check in and the hotel was HOT i should've know there was an issue then. Took forever to check in because of their system not working. Then I get in my room. And its 77° feels like the heater is full blast and no towels. I go downstairs tell them the ac is not working and no towels so they switch me rooms. I wake up at 4am and its still 77 and like the heater is blasting in my new room. Restaurant hasn't been open for years. They do serve breakfast but no bar or dinner service. If I wanted that I would stay at the express across the street.
Muy buen lugar y comida pero añadiría mas. Igual regresaría
El pero... No es Express o sea no hay desayunos incluidos. Lo peor parece que en TODO ESTADOS UNIDOS ya no dan agua en los Holiday Inn.
