Muy buen area para ir de compras
Hotel muy sucio, llego y lo primero que encuentro fue una cucaracha en el baño. Marco a atención al cliente y me dicen que no me pueden cancelar sin penalización ni moverme de hotel.
Our group stayed here for a week and all 5 of us had issues with our stay/rooms. Room service wasn't consistent, air conditioners worked intermittently, two mini fridges didn't work, there's no ice machine on the second floor and the third floor one is non-functional, two bathroom sinks wouldn't drain, and one room's keylock failed resulting in them being locked out of their room unless someone stayed inside to let them back in or the staff manually unlocked it. El hotel necesita renovaciones. Las habitaciones huelen a alfombra vieja. El elevador parece que está viviendo sus últimos ascensos. La piscina está descuidada, sucia y sin toallas. En general, a todo el hotel, le hace falta atención. Es la misma tarima que Hilton o Marriot y están muy por atrás.
