Fatal estancia de una semana solamente hicieron una vez la habitación, soy cliente Diamond de IHG y nunca me había tocado un hotel así de malo

Worst stay. Room wouldn’t cool more than 75. Went to front desk and no one was there. Waited. Nothing. Called. Nothing. Finally came from upstairs and the woman with no name tag told me “didnt you see the sign?” Then told me “I didn’t take that long”. I told her about the a/c. She said we have no one to fix it it’s night. Then offered a room. Made some snide remarks and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for a refund. She ignored me and typed. Then said did you want to cancel. Do not stay here. Not even towels for our room. Terrible experience, and very bad attitude at the front desk.

La habitación estaba sucia con toallas mojadas en la tina de baño, las toallas ya estaban usadas una colgada en la puerta, el fregadero de afuera estaba sucio con sopa ahí, como que tiraron comida ahí y no lo limpiaron. Y todavía estaba la llave del inquilino anterior. La verdad no vuelvo.
