Coffee machine was broken. Was told they don't offer shuttle to the airport even though it's advertised. Lady at the desk asked if I wanted to switch rooms at 9:30 at night when I had to be up at 2:30. Took the front desk forever to answer the phone. In fact they didn't answer from the room phone. I called from my cell phone. I'll let my corporate office know not to book people here.
Very nice hotel, quiet, clean, great service
Verg clean, smells fresh, shower amenities provided. Gave 4 on service because they do not have breakfast unless you buy it at their connected bar/grill. Redraurant was Pricey, was small portions not great food.
