Stayed here during a business trip. Arrived early and they were able to give me a room earlier than check in time. There was a minor issue with my key but they fixed it immediately and was able to access my room. I checked the room and was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Made recommendations to places to eat and visit. They cleaned my room every day I was there and provided clean towels every day. I had no issues and would recommend. Plenty of places to eat nearby and stores to access.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent food in the restaurant. All very reasonably priced. Lots of restataunts, stores, and bars within walking distance. Will be on my list of places to stay.

I went to Lexington KY for a birthday party I arrived at 1;30 pm and I asked the clerk lady for an early check inn , her answer was No with very bad actitud .. I wait until 3 pm then I procedure to check in . she showed up again with same bad actitud , i asked her name and she said her name was Christie or Christine . She looks unhappy doing her job. I don’t want to think that she treat me so bad cause my ethnicity or how I looked . As a traveler person and IHG member this is one of the bad experiences at the Holiday inn .

Great hotel that has a Japanese restaurant (sushi and hibachi) with a full service bar. Laundry room and gym were great. Bring quarters for laundry room! Restaurant serves breakfast hotel doesn't have a complimentary breakfast. Spent 35.00 dollars for 2 people on a great breakfast!
