The breakfast is 10/10 and the receptionists Isabela and Bruna are very polite and nice. Will be staying here again!!
I was there for a training conference. The staff is awesome!
The fire alarm went off twice, both times while I had just fallen asleep. I was in a disability room, so the alarm was extremely loud and flashed in a strobe effect, making the pitch black room insanely overwhelming and jarring, and near impossible to navigate. If someone with epilepsy went through that, I'm sure it would trigger a seizure. Also the type of alarm in that room is equivalent to the loud elementary school alarms - and there were two of them in my room, 1 only being feet from the bed.
