My family and I took a trip to Gatlinburg, TN, for New Year's Eve/day. We live in Marin, N.C. While on the way back, our car broke down on the side of the road. The road was called James H. Qullien Parkway, TN. It was cold and my elderly mother, grandparents, and two small dogs were in the car. My grandmother needs oxygen so we needed to get help. BST Gaming Con

We hosted the BST Video Game Convention on Saturday November 8th, 2025. We had both convention halls. They had a great staff, and helped us tremendously with all of our needs as far as the convention hall. They took care of the rooms and bathrooms as needed. The bartenders were great too! Thanks to Jake, Karla, Izzy, Katie, & Taylor. -Justin

It’s your typical outdated Holiday Inn that meets the expectations of an inexpensive hotel. If you’re expecting the Taj Mahal then pay for it. Otherwise, as my preschooler always says, “you get what you get so don’t throw a fit!”
