Just stayed 25 nights in another holiday inn but still not updated tithe correct membership when I asked for a late checkout. For comparison this was never an issue with Wyndham or
I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel in Houston. Everything from the moment I arrived until the time I checked out was handled with the utmost professionalism. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, giving me a relaxing stay after a long day. I will definitely come back whenever I visit Houston again.
