THE BEST PLACE. I have traveled extensively. This place is immaculate. I traveled very far to stay at another place. I went to that place and I was informed that zero rooms were available. Zero support from that company. I used a website to find a room. I went to this establishment and attempted to check in. In my distress I had reserved a room for Sunday, not Friday. My company uses this hotel when we are in the area for business. Many of us travel often to Richmond, and this is our favorite location to stay at. Aside from the rooms being well kept, the location is within 10-20 mins of our business locations which is a plus. Most importantly--the service is phenomenal. The front desk is so fun and welcoming. Aurora is super accommodating and an absolute joy to interact with. Thank you for making us feel more like friends than guests!
I stayed here this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised. I was in town for a soccer tournament and selected the hotel because it was new. When I arrived, I noticed the staff was handing out "lucky" gold coins to all the players. From there they just continued to surprise me. The staff was kind, helpful and pleasant to speak with.
