IHG Hotels & Resorts, I would like to make a serious comment to your organization. I am a rewards member. Every time I book a room through the app, I never have a problem verifying who I am and my employment. Now, Holiday Inn changed my rate to a higher rate to make money without notifying me. It was terrible. I was still sleeping early in the morning and in my dream a staff member suddenly broke into the room. I thought it was a robbery. He didn't even knock on the door. Is this how he provides service?
