Had a confusion with my reservation and Amanda at the front desk helped solve the problem promptly and painlessly. Very satisfied with her customer service.
I wasn’t crazy about this hotel. It was very outdated and my room had some issues. I had to move to another room. The staff were super nice and helped us out.
