We booked a 2-queen bed suite. The beds and pillows were comfortable, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch was unusable—springs poked through the thin mattress, making it impossible to get comfortable. Even layering the couch cushions didn’t help, and I left needing a chiropractor appointment. I wouldn’t recommend using it as a bed or even as seating. We checked in late at 11 PM and the woman at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful or kind, she had a great sense of humor that made us feel instantly welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. While the ice machine in the hallway wasn’t working, everything else about our stay was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
Great location geat staff the room i had was terrible and falling apart. The ac didn't work. Black mold dry wall missing painted headboard with paint peeling off. Drywall missing mold in the bathroom grout missing in the shower. Ants elevators broke had to use stairs. Windows are disgusting full of residue inside and out.
