Absolutely horrible hotel and customer service After getting off a 6 hour flight we drove to the hotel only to be told we can't do an early check in because their day is 12pm to 12pm and we booked third party. Except we called on Tuesday and was told checking in around 3am when we would arrive would be half day charge only to find out we were given false information. I would give 2.5 stars if I could. The hotel is only ok, and in a decent spot. The front desk was not very helpful, especially when I had a question about the wrong rate charged, and the staff bickered when trying to figure out how to move my room off a group block to my own payment. I think the most unfortunate thing is that they DO NOT HAVE COFFEE in the lobby - only a restaurant with strict hours. For what we paid, seems like a basic service they should have. Room was okay. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Noticed some mold around the shower spigot. We also didn't have a spare toilet tissue roll as tissue in room ran out. Location seems to be under construction. Overall a decent stay.
