Staff ensured smooth service.
Rooms weren't ready at check in time. When I finally was let in, it was dirty.
Our room was extremely humid and the floor was damp. They had several rains including that Saturday morning at 5:00 am. We were in a main floor room. Not sure if the air-conditioner was removing moisture from the air or water leaked into the room from outside. The employees were nice.
Great service and comfortable stay, definitely will return
