Great location with excellent front desk and breakfast service. However, the room was not clean .. especially the bathroom.
Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff was nice; however, they put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. They moved us to a different room and apologized with a gift bag, but that was just the beginning of the issues. Our bathtub backed up and gurgled up dirty water. The hallway smelled bad, and the back of the hotel smelled like a dumpster, so no one was using the pool. Overall a fantastic hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, and the service was top-notch.
Spent two nights here, visiting the area and the national parks nearby. Plenty of services close by, good breakfast and comfortable rooms.
