Worst experience at a Holiday Inn Express in my entire life. Hotel manager Rose was rude and inconsiderate. Full of tattoos and unprofessional. Looked hungover when I spoke with her. I thought that after explaining that I am an IHG rewards member that I might get treated a little better but that definitely was not the case. The service was terrible; the hotel charged me twice the amount of my reservation. There were no bath towels, no shower soap, and the breakfast buffet was empty by 8:30 a.m.

God bless the Lady at the front desk for helping me and being so nice. Got stranded here while my Tesla died. Allowed me to stay in the lobby until I got assistance. I hope nothing but great things for that kind hearted person.

Reasonable standard motel type accommodation with the usual breakfast. A/c in room kept it cool but rooms could do with being a little more modern.
