Overbooked while we were well over 5 hours away from home. Negligence is not appreciated and thankfully we were able to book elsewhere but others may have difficult circumstances.

I’m a Diamond Elite member. They gave me a dirty room with hair in it, then went to the bathroom and water full of nasty stuff came out of the bathtub. They had no other rooms, didn’t find me another hotel and said couldn’t give me a refund for multiple days even though I had to leave the room. Horrible, horrible hotel. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn express again

I had a really solid stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Visalia. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-kept, and the overall experience felt smooth from start to finish. Management: Rosalina does a great job as the manager. Everything felt organized and running efficiently, which really showed in the quality of the stay. I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Visalia. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable.
