Front desk was great. Rooms showing a bit of age, very much airport hotel. Shuttles to the airport were very helpful and well labeled and timed. The sleep was the toughest part. Due to the location outside the Costco loading dock it was tough to stay asleep. I want to like this place but can't recommend.
The front desk Tristan and Troy were very nice to our family regardless of our big group. Got our rooms right away. I like the shuttle bus service offered and that really made our trip easy. The Chinese driver which I think his name is Kevin? He was helpful and recommended a few local spots to us. Will consider this hotel again next time.
