A free shuttle bus is also provided to the airport, which is 10 minutes away, in a spacious and clean room. I'm really satisfied and I highly recommend it. Free breakfast didn't have many menu items, but it was enough for us.

This was my first time staying at this Holiday Inn express, the staff is friendly and the rooms are kept extra special clean. I also would like to say a special thanks to Terri at the front desk for her knowledge of local amenities and help with transportation.

wonderful professional staff clean spacious rooms excellent daily cost inclusive breakfast. love being across the street from Costco love being able to walk, get on the Skytrain within minutes. love being able to walk over to the annual Richmond Night Market (during summer months) and RiverRock Casino Resort (gaming and dining options) —- We stayed there from May 2 - 11, 2026 and met many of the staff especially those that greets us upon returning at the front office. Arrived at hotel at 3:05 pm and reserved an accessible room for mobility issues which costs more than regular room. We found out that the room was not ready because they allowed the previous guest to stay until 2 pm. We had to fight to get the handicapped room as front desk clerk giggles and wanted to give me a non handicapped room for! Waited 20 Minutes to get the room snd hotel refused compensation and we pre paid the room! Don’t stay here!
