Very friendly woman at the reception at my arrival/ check in. Thanks for that. The room was smaller as expected, but it was okay. Hotel is modern and it was very quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom is already updated, with a very nice shower. Breakfast was good and nearby was also enough restaurants and supermarkets. The gym is small, but totally okay.
My wife and I stayed for 3 wonderful nights. The bed was amazing, we slept very well. The attention to detail is bar none. The desk lamp even had the adaptability for European electronics. The staff are exceptional. Ms. Lissette, at the front desk, was always helpful and attentive. She made sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast even had hashbrowns one morning. Recommend this hotel over more expensive suite and "higher-end" chains. Rooms are good size and have been designed well. Nice work area and chair. Large TV. Room service does a great job. Microwave, good size refrigerator, microwave, big safe. Bathroom floor is a bit slippery; so use the anti-slip. Friendly and helpful staff. Small breakfast area but has lots in there. Decent gym. Very clean hotel. Free parking and EV charging. Amazing location for everything Silicon Valley.
Stayed here for 2 nights due to the convenience this location had to offer . Room was very tight for our family of 4. But decent enough for the price. Parking is free as well .Bathroom was dated but functional. The property needs an update . Tania and Shanti at front desk always went an extra mile to help us. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, very average . There are so many cafes nearby . Bus stop is at walking distance allowing good access along El Camino Real dining and shopping .
