Friendly staff. Lynn at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They also had room for me to park my semi.
We came to this hotel to stay one night in Wilmington. After checking in we were charged a (refundable) damage fee which we were not aware of originally. We get to our room and immediately notice the entertainment center is broken and also noticed the nightstand was broken. Because we were charged this my husband called the guy from the front desk to ensure he was aware of this so we were not charged for any of this.
