I really enjoyed my stay. Clean room, nice staff, great area to dine or shop. I must brag about a certain employee who was working the kitchen for breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Very friendly, she was working hard at keeping food out( which was an awesome menu) cleaning plates off the tables as guest were still enjoying their coffee and cleaned the tables as people left. I didn't have to sit at a dirty table!!! Praises to this young lady!!!

The rooms were clean and the hotel breakfast was great. We needed last minute accommodations and Tracy at the front desk could not have been more kind and helpful! Despite the busy lobby she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our reservation. I would absolutely stay here again and big shoutout again to Tracy!

First I’ll start with the good. The bed was comfortable and the location was good during travel. The front desk staff was kind when checking in. The breakfast was your average hotel hot breakfast. I am always thankful when they have turkey sausage and protein yogurt! The bad. Our room was room 202… literally right outside the lobby and right near the main stairs… this meant the slamming of the door started at 5:15 am and went on all morning until we finally decided to give up on any more sleep and get up. I called all day to find a hotel that would accommodate my son and girlfriend who are under the age of 21 but over the age of 18 headed to their first concert in Bangor. Every person that I spoke with on the phone was great and super helpful. They said that their room was lovely, I was just super thankful that they had a clean and safe place to stay while traveling hours from home and the staff really made me feel extra good about booking with them.
