Great location. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice. The breakfast lady could have used some help to keep up with the demand. Will definitely stay there again next time we go to the casino in South Bend.

Pretty bad. Had 3 friends from out of town stayed there. Second to the most notable negative was the breakfast. The garbage cans were completely full so the trash ended up on the counter. Many of the offerings were not replensished. There we cleanliness issues in the rooms. WORST and most notable: There were bugs in his bedding. Bugs! He ended sleeping in a chair. He told the front desk, but that's BAD! Never again.

In reading reviews, I’m shocked to see someone else had our experience. The overflowing trash can outside is a sign of what’s inside. We were given a dirty room where the beds were just made but nothing cleaned. There was makeup smeared on one pillow. Hair everywhere- all in the bed, pillows, floor, night table, and shower. The toilet seat was dirty. The floor was filthy with crumbs, hair and even a dirty bandaid. One pillow reeked like body odor.
